Refunds for slots can be made if it is more than 24 hours, but we recommend you reschedule or ask for a refund in good time as the limit is 24 hours, however if you do not intend to come back, please email Sarah to request your refund.

Membership fees are non refundable once processed. However I would be happy to cancel the subscription so you are not charged upon renewal.
